Amanda joined CrossFit Spokane as a member in January 2015. CrossFit Spokane is like her second home and the members and coaches are family.Full Bio
I joined CrossFit Spokane as a member in January 2015 after trying and losing interest in every other form of fitness you can think of. I’m very competitive and get bored easily so the constantly varied aspect of CrossFit was a perfect fit. After about a year I convinced my husband Eric to join in on the fun, and my kids Seth and Lily can often be found in the turf room shooting baskets or swinging from the rafters. In 2017 I went to the CrossFit Level 1 Seminar to learn more and become a better athlete and it wasn’t long before I started coaching at the gym whenever I could. CrossFit Spokane is like my second home and the members and coaches are my family.
