This is a 3,4 or 5 day a week 1-1 ½ hr training session for high school and college athletes only. This program is for the athletes who are looking to make it to the next level: Varsity, All Conference, All State, College Starter, AFL/NFL… No weekend warriors or noncompetitive athletes allowed.
This is not your typical weight room Strength and Conditioning program, our has been developed from many years of education, experience, practice, testing and refining. We constantly and intentionally seek out and learn from the leaders in the strength and conditioning community and we will adopt and utilize ideas, methodologies and philosophies that works proven. We utilize ropes, sleds, chains, bands, sandbags, body weight training, Olympic lifting, Strongman training… This program will 1) decrease your chance of injury, 2) make you stronger, faster and more athletic, 3) Improve your season. Our goal is to make you into the kind of athlete that is noticed by coaches and is feared by competitors.
The other guys are doing the same old camps, weight room routines and conditioning programs; if you want to be a standout athlete and get to the next level, you need to do something different then your competition.
You want to be a stronger, faster and more powerful athlete. Take the next step.

***Note To Parents***
Because of the nature of what we do and how we train or athletes we want to meet and speak with the parents first. There has to be a certain level of communication between us and that starts with the initial visit. If you are bringing your athlete for the first time DO NOT drop them off without coming in and signing the forms and speak to us first.
