The first thing you need to do is contact us by phone, email or stop by to set up an appointment to come in for your intro visit. Prior to coming, we will email you a few forms to fill out and bring with you or you can fill them out when you get here. During this initial meeting we will show you the facility and explain how our system works and flows as well as workout.
We will have you join one of the classes and take you through a 2 phase functional/dynamic warm-up and then have you go through our baseline workout which will give you a sense of what we do and allow us to see what level of fitness you’re at.
Upon completion of the this first visit the next step would be to sign you up for the next up coming “Beginner CrossFit Series” which start every 2 weeks. After the 2 week series you will have 2 weeks of unlimited classes to “Check out the Gym”. From there we can decide what training option is best for your fitness and performance goals.
