We are so excited to announce that we getting ready to start the renovations on our facility! As we approach our sixth year in business as the original Crossfit facility in Spokane there are some amazing things happening! First thing I am elated to announce is the renovations, which include, new showers, replacing old equipment along with adding new, upgrading the heating and cooling system and the last thing and the most exciting for me…the NEW TURF!!!! These upgrades will enhance your training experience with us along with optimizing the quality of our service. Throughout next month we will be offering some pretty sweet deal and surprises as we celebrate our anniversary! SO keep your eyes out for updates!

We are so thankful for all of you who have been with us through our journey of growing our business so far and for those who are continuing to appreciate what we provide to our community here in Spokane.
