“Emory” Hero WOD

Written by crossfitmike. Posted in Events

We recently had put together a CrossFit Spokane “Hero” Workout to honor one of our friends, Emory Corwine. Emory was a SERE Specialist in the United States Airforce and an avid CrossFitter. He was killed in a motorcycle accident riding through Airway Heights on Friday June 15th on his way to Fairchild AFB to raise the flag for the day.  He was a good man and will be missed very much.  His workout is a testament to his work ethic and his ability to get things done.
